When does my box ship each month?

Boxes ship in the first week of each month. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email when your box is on its way. Allow 3–5 business days for delivery within Utah and surrounding states.
Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, anytime. Cancel before the 25th of the month and you won't be charged for the following month. No cancellation fees, no hard feelings. Email us at bluecabinos@polsia.app or call (801) 787-5157.
Can I give this as a gift?

Absolutely. During checkout, enter the recipient's shipping address. We recommend gifting the Collector or Connoisseur tier — the handwritten note in Connoisseur makes it especially memorable. Contact us if you'd like custom messaging included.
What flavors will I get?

We rotate flavors seasonally — spring brings citrus and floral notes, summer leans tropical, fall goes deep caramel and spice, and winter is all about warmth and peppermint. Every box is a mix of classics (vanilla, maple, raspberry) and the current seasonal flavor. Collector and Connoisseur subscribers get exclusive flavors not available in the shop.
Is shipping really free?

Yes. All subscription tiers include free shipping anywhere in the contiguous United States. No hidden fees added at checkout.
What if I have allergies or dietary needs?

Our cream-center chocolates contain dairy and may contain traces of tree nuts. They do not contain gluten ingredients, but are made in a facility that handles tree nuts. If you have specific allergy concerns, contact us before subscribing — we're happy to discuss options.
